We appointed Sam to build our kitchen extension. He was friendly and gave no nonsense advice from the start, as the build went on he was transparent with costs on changes (which do happen) and these were happily taken on board by him. This has been an issue with previous builders, we found Sam’s approach to be a breath of fresh air. His knowledge of construction is vast and he is particularly at visualising how areas will work and look at the end of the build.
